Refunds & Exchanges

At Inches Hair Co, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hair care products. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth process, we have implemented a clear and fair refunds and exchanges policy.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • Not all returns are approved. Being in the hairstylist industry we strive to work with every situation to try to make every experience a good one. 
  • Normally, a 20% restocking fee is required
  • Unopened packages: Contact us, we will try to accept all returns on unopened packages within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@incheshairco.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return address where you can then ship the hair back to and will receive a refund once we receive and process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Contact us so we can discuss your exchange, if approved we will get hair out as soon as possible.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns and exchanges, there are a few exceptions to our policy:

  • Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale.
  • Gift cards: We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items, unless otherwise agreed upon or if the item was defective on our part.

European Union Customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the law. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@incheshairco.com.
